Development Philosophy Thomas E. Hart Academy is committed to achieving steady growth in student enrollment and to maintaining a curriculum and a physical plant to sustain that growth. As an independent school, THA receives no public funds, therefore, we must rely on the generous donations of parents, grandparents, friends, businesses and foundations to make up the difference between tuition and the total operating costs of the school. Gifts are designated as unrestricted, i.e. applied to offset operating costs where the need is greatest, or restricted, i.e. applied as specified by the donor. Thomas Hart Academy is designated by the U.S. Internal Revenue Service as a 501 c(3) non-profit organization. Donations to the school are tracked by giving categories on a calendar year basis and are tax deductible. Acknowledgement letters are sent for each donation. |
You can get started now by printing the Annual Giving Form and mailing it to the school. Here at THA we have a variety of fundraising projects each year. Please visit our Fundraising page to learn how to contribute. |
